Description of Work: The shower in the master bathroom was leaking and created a problem with the ceiling in the basement directly under the shower. Steve had a great system to pinpoint the leak and recommended a tile man to fix the problem for us.

Description of Work: We live in a two story condominium building. A leak was evident by water dripping into the basement. But did not know from which unit it came, mine or the one above me. Locating the source was difficult due to a wood subfloor that hid most of the plumbing. Steve took the time to explore every possible option without making more holes in the floor than were already there. It turns out that the second floor unit had loose caulk around the tub. Another plumber could have charged right in, cut a hole with his sawsall, and left us with a weakened subfloor. This company has the experience of working with older construction and will take the time to do it right, the first time, with the least amount of collateral damage as possible.
