Easy to get in. Fast repair then on my way.

He never called back. Once I realized he would do the work also I was less interested due to the smoker odor and lack of response. Went with another glass provider and was very happy.

My first step was to call several suppliers to get price quotes. After getting prices for the mobile replacement service I needed, I checked the BBB and Angie's list for reviews. Glass Doctor had an A rating on both sites. When I called to schedule the service, they were able to set me up for the very next day. The courteous, professional called my office upon his arrival. I met him at the car, he did the windshield replacement, left the paperwork and locked the car when the job was completed. It could not have been easier and service was at a very reasonable cost. Very pleased!

They completed the work in one day. The replacement went smoothly. My wife seemed happy with the replacement and they were able to take care care of this while she was at work. I would recommend their services to others.

When I calmly repeated that the manager was leaving me without a front door at the last minute, he was rude and offered no apology.

DO NOT USE!!! When I scheduled my appointment, the person I spoke with was great. I scheduled the appointment for "after 2:30" on a Friday afternoon. At 4pm, I saw that I had missed a call from Glass Doctor (although I had been home since 1:45), and called back. The man who answered the phone, Brian, said that all of their people had been gone for the day. I said I was sorry, but had not been told to expect a phone call. He said that they can't just drive around St. Louis hoping for work in this economy. I reminded him that I had scheduled an appointment, and was hear waiting for them to arrive. He said that I should take my business elsewhere and that he didn't have to deal with customers like me, and then hung up on me. I called back, got someone in Sales, asked to file a complaint, and was transferred back to the same man in dispatch who I wanted to complain about. I asked for his supervisor, and he said he was the supervisor. I asked for his last name, he said no. I called back again, got someone in Sales, informed him that I would be taking my business elsewhere and why, and asked how I could file a complaint about the person. They did not have a process for taking complaints, but he said he would write it down. I ABSOLUTELY would NOT recommend that anyone use this company - it may just be one bad employee, but even when I got someone else, they had no process for dealing with customer complaints and made no effort whatsoever to remedy the situation.

They were prompt, on time and it took the amount of time they said it would take.

I dropped it off around 9 a.m. and they had it done by noon. I was very impressed with the quick work and the quality of their work. They were the only company around that would get me in for same day service. I was also impressed with how professional their customer service representatives were.

Glass Doctor initially had the highest price but they have a low price guarantee which beat all the other quotes we recieved. We had used them once before. We were very happy with them.

The serviceman was on time, and completed the job quickly. He managed to clean up most of the broken glass.
