+ -1 moreYellow jackets had begun to build a nest in the door frame of a little-used truck parked next to house. We phoned for removal of nest and, secondarily, spraying for bugs inside and outside the house, a late request for an annual spring service. Service person arrived in a reasonable amount of time and first sprayed for bugs. He then gave his attention to the parked truck, opening its door on the driver's side where we had seen yellow jacket activity. Using a commercial/professional wasp/yellow jacket spray, he sprayed the area and while a few insects swarmed unaggressively, most dropped dead under the truck. He suggested we remove the residue of the nest with a damp towel the next day. That was done as suggested, but we found within a few days the yellow jackets had returned. Having observed that the yellow jackets were not aggressive when they fled from the area, we purchased wasp spray from a local hardware store and did the subsequent two treatments ourselves. After it was discovered that the sprinkler system was the culprit, washing away the spray residue that would have kept the yellow jackets away, we relocated the truck, resprayed and the matter resolved.
Description of Work: Sprayed inside and outside house for bugs .. removed yellow jacket's hive/nest forming inside door frame of parked truck.

Description of Work: They spray for bugs inside and out at our home and our country home. They are very quick to return calls and set up appointments. They do a thorough job and if there is a problem, they will come back and respray.
