 + -1 moreBill and Ryan were on time, very nice, and basically gave the machine a tune-up. They were both fantastic and knowledgeable. Glad we used them!
Description of Work: Our Precor Elliptical was 14 years old and had been showing signs of age. The machine had not been serviced since we purchased it.

Description of Work: called for treadmill repair. Initially very responsive, indicated we needed a new circuit board and gave us info for ordering. We purchased the part, he came back to install but said that part wasn't the problem after all and had us order another part. He told us if that part didn't work they supplier would take it back and issue a refund. This was a $450 electronic part, it didn't fix the problem, and the supplier he told us to purchase it from would not accept it back. I left multiple messages with Gateway Fitness afterwards that were never returned.
