+ -1 moreTook 2 weeks to complete. Was quoted $60 by someone in there office. Called several other companies and got quotes from $120 - $165. So we went with Gartland. Took then two weeks to do the test and install a small valve. Got the bill. It was $225 with a $35 truck charge (owner said it was because they sent a truck out). Would not honor the original quote or even negotiate. The owner call my fiance a liar and called me a loser. This kind of company is one who will give a false quote verbally and then charge a lot of money and threaten you if you don't pay. Extortion. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! There are a lot of reputable ones out there so keep looking! And they are all less expensive and quicker.

+ -1 moreGartland was very professional and took time to explain the computerized control system. They also provide us with a record keeping system so we can keep track of all the settings.
Description of Work: Gartland designed and installed a complete lawn and flower bed irrigation system.
