They are close to where I'm located. A young lady did a design for me and she came back and incorporated everything I wanted in it. She took me through all of the steps, first, second, and third. She recommended people to do that yard work for me as well. She was on site, at the nursery, when I went to pick up the supplies and helped me then as well. She walked with me to pick out all of the correct plants and other supplies. I was really happy with my experience with them.

After getting bids from landscaping companies, I had been looking for a horticulturist who could help us design our own gardens and hardscape. I found on Garden Heights' website that they did exactly that and scheduled a visit from Steffie Littlefield. She was on vacation the week I called but contacted me the day she returned and set up a meeting that week. The meeting was very helpful. We discussed existing plantings and ways to modify those as well as additional plants, shrubs and trees. We also discussed a drainage project, a dry creek bed and pond, and additional garden space. After extensive discussion, she went around and made sketches/notes from our conversation and added other ideas that came to mind. The consultation comes with a discount on trees and shrubs from their nursery for the following year. She also gave us a listing of contractors who could do part or all of the design and pointed out certain individuals who might work best with us. The fee was tiny compared to landscaping bids covering only a portion of this work. We were very happy with all suggestions. She was happy to work within our ideas and plans as well as suggesting other possibilities. We have now implemented a good part of the design on our own and plan to continue.

I HAVE BEEN USING GARDEN HEIGHTS NURSERY EVER SINCE MOVING INTO MY CURRENT HOME 7 YEARS AGO. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF VERY WELL-MAINTAINED, HEALTHY PLANTS THROUGHOUT THE GARDENING SEASON. WHAT IS MOST VALUABLE TO ME IS THE ASSISTANCE OF THEIR VERY INFORMATIVE SALES PERSONNEL. FOR THE PAST THREE SEASONS, I HAVE SOUGHT OUT BARB FLUNKER'S ADVICE ON ANNUALS TO PLANT OUTSIDE MY FRONT DOOR. SHE HAS HELPED ME TO PUT TOGETHER STUNNING COMBINATIONS OF PLANTS THAT ALWAYS BRING COMPLIMENTS FROM MY NEIGHBORS AND VISITORS. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN ''BIG BOX'' RETAILERS LIKE HOME DEPOT AND LOWES, BUT THE CREATIVE ADVICE MORE THAN COVERS THE EXTRA COST.
