Johnny Garcia and his team assisted me in finding tenants for my home in Princeton Heights and the process was relatively smooth and quick! First, the pictures taken of my home were beautiful. Second, an agent from another company was not as aggressive with pricing my rental as Garcia Properties, and Johnny was willing to list at a higher price than I was expecting. Third, Johnny and his team were able to secure great renters for me within a week. Extremely pleased with the sense of urgency shown.
