The owner answered the phone, but asked if he could call me back. No problem. He did. I explained the work we needed. He told me he would "swing by" and take a look. I mentioned that we needed to be home because we needed him to look inside the house. Our front porch is also the ceiling of a storage room (an old coal room). He said no problem. That was on 7/14/08. I haven't heard anything since. He had my address and my telephone number. I will not work with anyone that doesn't have the courtesy to call me back - even if it was to tell me the job was too small for him.

Greg was great to work with and listened to what we wanted. He explained everything and had the best attitude. We got that he knows concrete. I "painted" a line on the ground the way I wanted the patio to be shaped, and they even made it better. We had them bury Schedule 35 pipe under the patio from the down spout/guttering. And, they put in re-bar the way we wanted.
