Kara answers the calls and takes care of money matters. She does not always pick up her cell phone when you call but she does call you back in a reasonable amount of time. They are both patient and will listen to your ideas and will find a way to work within your budget. They are reasonably priced and quite courteous. The work went pretty well. There was an issue with the color of the concrete though. I wanted a much darker color for the border than I had for the inside of the patio. Tim and Kara had however misunderstood me and they used one of the colors they used for the inside on the border. Once they realized that this was not what I wanted though, they used a stain color to paint over the border. Although I would have liked to have the concrete colored for the border before the pour, this was an unfortunate misunderstanding and the fix they provided still makes the patio look good and they didn't make me pay extra for it. I will definitely hire them again.
