It was a turf laying job that ended up being a much bigger job that was very fairly done. They were great. They were very good and the work that they did was great. The owner was fantastic. I was very happy with them and I would highly recommend them to the others. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They gave us a quote over the phone after driving by to look at it. We thought $550 was a good value for the amount of time and effort it would have taken us to do it by ourselves. It only took a little over 1 1/2 hours. The crew were quick and cleaned up very well after it was all gone including sweeping our driveway and the dirt that ended up in the street. We added fill dirt the next day and found some pieces of concrete that had been left behind due to being buried. We made a pile of these and called Aetna to see if they would come back and get them and they did! Overall great experience and we now have some nice grass growing in a spot that was a terrible eyesore.

Ken was very nice. Showed up on time and had some great ideas. He also does landscaping which interested us so we could get it all done at the same time. He has a album with beautiful examples of his work. We went with another company (concerned us because he forgot to add something to the bid) but would still recommend him. When you are spending $20K on concrete, you want the bid done correctly. But super nice guy for sure and can tell that he likes to do this kind of work.

Ken submitted his bid in a timely manner, started the job on the date promised, and finished in good time in spite of weather delays. He was responsive, didn't need to be reminded about any part of the job, was polite and managed his staff well. The workers for Aetna were hard-working, cleaned up at the end of the day and did a great job. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who asks.

He wasn't as professional as some other companies that I got bids from. Most people would come and introduce themselves and give me a business card, but he wasn't like that. I don't know if it was because of all the snow we were dealing with. He came around the back versus the front. He didn't leave me any information except for a write-up on a bid. No information with pictures or anything on what they could potentially do. Another company left pictures and a brochure. He wasn't very informative. The pictures he showed me were not very good. He did come out right away and he was polite. He was punctual and we were dealing with a lot of snow. We are not going to do anything with the patio right now.

We hired this company to extend our existing aggregate pad to go under our deck. They were pretty confident it would match, but unfortunately it ended up a different color than the existing. They did a nice job of hauling away our unused garden area and cleaned up well. Because I was disappointed the color didn't match I'm not sure if I would hire them again, but everything else was good.

I was working through a general contractor for a new garage and driveway that did not meet acceptable standards and required replacement (driveway only). I provided my general a number of contractors from Angie's list and he selected Aetna. As I didn't pay Aetna directly I can't comment on their price, however their work was impeccable. I have scheduled them for some additional work next spring.

They were very professional and they did an excellent job; I was very happy with their work. The owner came out to talk to me so the estimate was for exactly what I wanted. He came out right away after I called, and he was very prompt about everything. The employees were very good and the owner was responsible.

I didn?t take their bid. I wasn?t satisfied with the whole process that I had with them. There wasn?t anything wrong, but I didn?t know what color it was going to be and it was $650 more than the company that I finally went with. I didn?t receive a sample of what it was going to look like and it cost too much. They were going to use a different product that you couldn?t ever remove. It was not just the color, but I hadn?t seen the samples of the products they were going to use. They didn?t bring any samples when they did the bid. I couldn?t find out anything about the product and they were a little higher than the company that I used to get the work done. It also requires a lot more maintenance. They recommended me to have it redone every 5 to 7 years. There was a two year warranty for the product that I finally used and it was the appropriate product for my porch. However, Aetna Construction Company quoted $2035 for the job. I would not use their services again.

They did the sidewalk also which wasn't originally to my specifications but they're here now correcting that so it will be ok. The man that owns the company has been coming and checking on them. He is courteous and willing to quickly correct the problem.

I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate on june 9th from 5 - 5:30 pm. The person from the company called at 5:30 and asked to reschedule because he got stuck at a job. That was not a problem. However, we had scheduled our next appointment for June 16th at 5 - 5:30 pm. This time no one showed and no one ever called to reschedule. I'm gonna pass on the estimate for this company.

Both projects went great, the patio-driveway-porch was a complete tear out and then a rebuild. Considering that large equipment was needed for the project, it went seamless. The roof project at the 2nd house was completed along with the tuckpointing in the same time frame.

I just got the estimate monday and haven't contacted him. I'm going to contact another company who said that I can buy the material and use his services.

They came when they were supposed to come. They were very prompt and very professional. They gave me the quote the next morning. I didn?t have any problems with them.

Aetna Construction's work is of the highest quality. They are very professional, always prompt and have worked diligently to complete the job ahead of schedule. They have done a fabulous job and have exceeded our expectations. We constantly receive compliments on how beautiful our new driveway is. We highly recommend Aetna Construction and will use them again.
