Description of Work: The service I received on my gas fire from Forshaw was flawless. The came when they said they would, fixed the problem, left no mess, and charged a reasonable fee. This has always been my experience with them.

Description of Work: Installed gas insert fireplace within 3 weeks of purchase. Also was informed of available rebate coupon on manufacturer's website for $100 savings. Great service by Joseph in sales and Phillip on installation.

Description of Work: They installed a fireplace insert for our family room. They were extremely helpful at the showroom as well as when they came out to give us a bid. The opening in our fireplace was 1/4inch larger than the standard surround plate but they simply elevated the insert 1/4 inch up so that we did not have to pay for a custom sized surround plate. I was a little worried it might look bad but actually you cannot tell at all.

HERSHEL AT FORSHAW WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH. HE HELPED WITH BOTH THE SELECTION AND DESIGN. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED GAS LOGS AND A MISSION STYLE FIREPLACE DOOR. IT WAS A DIFFICULT PROJECT BECAUSE PREVIOUSLY THE FIREPLACE HAD BEEN COMPLETELY OPEN AND IS ABOUT HALFWAY UP THE WALL.
