They did a great job. They also made sure that the job site was completely cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Initially, they came out to provide an estimate and clean and repair the chimney. I had informed them via phone that I had already received an estimate from another provider the year before for a new chimney cap and were advised not to use the chimney as the screen was broken and birds and other animals were nesting in the chimney. I never gotten around to getting the chimney fixed the previous year so we wanted to do so before the winter started this year. When they arrived, they confirmed the chimney was in need of repair and provided an estimate. He indicated he would go ahead and clean the chimney, collect payment for doing so, and put me on the schedule to rescreen the chimney in 3 weeks... I was told someone would call to confirm the exact date of return. I was concerned at the time about cleaning the chimney before the chimney was fixed as it was obvious that animals and debris would still be accessing the chimney. The man who cleaned it even told me not to open the flue because of the "critters". To address my concern, he assured me he would do any additional cleaning necessary at no charge when they returned to complete the rescreen. Despite several phone call attempts and inquires over the next several weeks/months, nobody ever returned, rendering my chimney unusable despite paying nearly $200 to "clean" it. I generally never write a bad review, but this was utterly disappointing and a huge waste of money. Poor communication, follow-up, and ultimately poor service overall. Would not recommend them and will not be using them again!
