Description of Work: I needed any repairs necessary in order for my car to run smoothly and pass inspection. I was recommended by a family member to Floyds automotive. I was charged for a complete diagnostic and told the following were needed: transmission, brakes, will-bearings, and other minor fixes. It totaled $2175.00. The car was paid in full. When my daughter went to pick up my car, she was told by the rude front desk secretary that they'd found an antifreeze leak and that they could repair it for more money. Upon day 1 of driving off the lot, my car ran hot and all engine lights came on due to an antifreeze leak! In addition, the transmission was still pulling, as if it'd never been replaced! I went back to Floyds the next day and Nikki (front sec), informed that because she had been trying to call me, that they would not repair it. I reminded her that they'd never mentioned an antifreeze leak and that any issues outside of what was diagnosed happened in their care. After a huge debacle, Mike ( I later researched is an owner), informed me that I was right about the diagnostic and that he'd repair my car that day. After not hearing from anyone all day, once again my daughter went to get the car. She was told by Mike that now, there's a cracked 'cross-over' pipe and he'll need at least 6 weeks to order a part and repair it - they'd call me once the part arrived. Not only is the leak worse than the first day I picked the car up, they obviously broke the pipe and tried to charge me for it! My car will not pass inspection and it is not driveable. I will now need to go to another shop because I will not dare have them touch my car -ever! I've decided to pursue litigation because of the extremely poor service and cavalier attitude about fixing problems they've displayed.

Description of Work: Oil, Transmission, and Coolant flush. Also had 4 new aftermarket wheels installed and purchased 2 tires.
