Description of Work: Jill Springer was impossible to get a hold of. Her mailbox wasa full and her flower shop was out of business. You don't need a flower shop to provide flowers for a wedding but I couldn't get a hold of her. I sent her a registered letter stating that if I didn't hear from her in 10 days with asurances of performance, I would consider the contract nullified. I didn't hear from her until about a week before the wedding after I had hired someone else to provide the wedding flowers. I lost my $1500 deposit ( a ridiculously high amount for a deposit). I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Affairs Division. Jill Sproinger now has a flower business under a different name.

 + -1 moreUsed Jill Springer from Flower Depot for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers and service. Flowers wilted, wrong color, falling out of bouquets prior to the ceremony, tiny Mother's bouquets, and lousy service. Jill is a very nice person, and I thought everything was going to go smoothly, but she totally dropped the ball. It was humiliating and embarrassing, especially when my Mother-In-Law's wrist corsage looked like it was a week old. It was so bad that my husband and I sued her in Small Claims Court and won!
