Pretty well. Had an air conditioner issue (which was probably due to a loose wire), which they came back after hours and repaired. They also got a power outlet next to the house that wasn't working (and didn't significantly add to the bill). They went beyond what was down in the contract.

The work turned out just dandy. I would consider using them in them in the future. They were always on time.

It went very well. It was a little slower than we thought it would be but they did a good job.

I called to get an estimate to paint the outside of my house. They were nice but when I said I needed an estimate in the evening or the weekends as I work during the day, they seemed like it was a big deal. They still sent somebody out to give me an estimate in the evening. The estimator was nice, but I felt like he wanted to get it done as quickly as possible so he could leave. This was my first estimate so the price was allot but I didn't know. I got another estimate and the 2nd estimate was $1000 less than Fitzgibbon's estimate. The 2nd estimate also did not charge me for 2 paint colors whereas Fitzgibbons was going to charge me an extra $400 if I wanted to paint colors. Needless to say I went with the other company and not Fitzgibbons.

I called for estimates on 2 different locations. I called back in 2008 for estimate of interior painting and some crown molding/wood work. No reply at that time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again fall of 2011 for another interior painting project. I again left a message with no reply. There are many companies that I've called whether it be for painting, remodeling, repair.....etc. There are some companies that are busy and unable to return phone call right away. It is although unacceptable to call back almost 2 months later (actually happened) or never return a phone call. Companies should at least return call and if unable to provide estimate or do work due to time restraints or whatever the reason, that would be acceptable to me. At least return my call and tell me if or if you are not able to provide estimate or do work accordingly.

We asked Fitzgibbon's Painting to bid the job twice because the first bid didn't include all of the work we ulitmately had done. The estimator arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. The estimate was in line with the others we had received from other companies. Once all discounts were applied the price was several hundred dollars less. Two painters arrived, on time, Monday and told me the work would take 2 to 2 1/2 days to complete. They were very professional and respectful. I had a pet gate up to keep my small dog out of their way. They both made the extra effort to reassure me that my dog wouldn't bother them told me to take the gate down until they started to paint. I really appreciated the extra effort to put my pet at ease. On the second day only one painter came to work, the other had a medical emergency. He reassured me the work would be completed on time, and it was. Everything was completed and looks wonderful!! I will definitely recommend Fitzgibbon's to my neighbors and friends.

They did good work. They were on time, punctual, and very courteous.

Everything went well. The two gentleman arrived on time and completed the work without making a mess.

Their estimate was fair compared with the other bids we got. It was good, but there was another company that we decided to go with. The main reason that we did not go with them was because we also needed some wood siding on our home and they wouldn’t be able to do that and we would have had to pull in another contractor for that. The contractor that we went with was able to replace the siding as well. They were very polite.

Prompt estimate and scheduling. Professional workers. Fixed stress cracks seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with the work!

Bid was received promptly, work done on a timely basis in a professional manner. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the painters. A job well done.

The crew were extremely friendly and professional and competent. They saved us from some bad judgments or omissions on our part, and the house looks fantastic! Could not have been a better experience. They wouldn't even accept a tip! Recommend them most highly!

It is a family owned business. The owner takes pride in what he does. He is very thorough and customer oriented. He follows up on the job and makes sure it is all fine.

Dealing with the company from start to finish was pleasant. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, my calls were promptly answered, and when we were told they would be there late in the week of Oct 19th, they were, even though it had rained steadily for the past week. The men showed up early, worked steadily all day, and cleaned up each day before they left. They even worked over the weekend to get it done because it was supposed to rain the whole next week. I was impressed by the carpentry job that they did on the front windows. The vertical trim pieces on all of the windows were rotted badly at the bottoms. They came up with a great solution, and used composite trim boards for the repair that won't rot out again. The windows look brand new and we couldn't be happier.

They were awesome and I liked them. I found them through a mailer coupon. Then I started to research about them and found that they were evidently better business bureau. I had bids from couple of other companies, but I found that Fitzgibbons Painting was 75 percent cheaper and they gave more service too. They did an awesome job. They even washed the entire house and did all the trim work on our roof where we have real high peaks. They painted our front door and the main door of our garage. They did clean up after the job was done. I would definitely call them back as I was thinking about getting our bathroom, bedroom and other rooms of our house painted.

They were timely. They were very courtesy. They were never late. They were very clean and neat. They did a wonderful job.

The company sent out 2 men to do the work. They were finished in about 4 hours.

They are very professional and did a bang up job. They also do outside painting which we are going to have them do for us very soon. I like the way they get the job done and the professionalism they use.

They did a very good job. They had some trouble with the paint in that it needed two coats because the wood they replaced soaked up the paint.

AT THE END OF THE JOB, THEY HAD MISSED SEVERAL SPOTS AND HAD TO RETURN TO FINISH. THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK TO THE SITE AND IT REQUIRED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FOR THEM TO RETURN. TREE LIMBS THAT WERE OVERHANGING THE FENCE WERE MUTILATED MY THE PAINTERS DURING THE PROCESS WHICH CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE TREES.
