Crew arrived on time and worked until heat got too bad. Took extra care to protect concrete driveway with plywood. Painted ventilators and flashings to blend in with roof color. Replaced gutter covers. Finished product looks and functions beautifully.

Promptly came for emergency situation caused by storm damage. Immediate temp repair to safeguard home; replaced completely when storm over. Professional workmen; easy to work with.

Painless experience. Agreed on a price about a month in advance of when we needed it, and Fitzgerald kept us posted on our place in their work queue. When the time drew near, Contractor left shingle samples a few days ahead, we chose the color and on day of arrival everything was ready to go. They were courteous to us in all things. They tore off old roof, used the right equipment to deliver and place materials on roof, brought an adequate number of trained crew with a supervisor, and finished in two days. Every contracting experience should go so well. Left a clean yard behind, and except for a new roof, you would never known they were there. Highly recommended.

Called Dennis regarding a recent hail storm - he came out the same day to look at our roof. Shingles were fine but he noticed a couple of roof vents/caps were not correctly installed. I asked him to fix them and he sent someone out the following week and took care of it. I would use them again.

They were great. Dennis came out to the house the same day that I called about a leak. He did a temporary fix on Friday and his crew came out on Monday to replace the copper.

All went well according to the proposal.

The morning after the strong storm that came through, along with the tornado about a mile away, I found some shingles in my yard that seemed to be from my house. I called the company and got the owner, Dennis, on the phone. He said he would try and get by but was very busy. He came early in the afternoon between storms, climbed onto my roof, told me I'd lost part of the cap but was still watertight. He'd brought tarps in case I wasn't. He said it would cost $100. to fix it. The next day a crew came by and fixed it and I got a bill for $100. I can't say enough good things about Dennis Fitzgerald and his roofing company.

Called Fitzgerald Roofing to take a look at a flat roof which was deteriorating. Dennis, the owner, came out the same day and looked at it and advised that it needed to be replaced. However, they do not do flat roofs and gave me the name of a company that does this type of work and who at the company to talk to. Dennis was very professional.

The job was performed on time and as bid. The quality of work was excellent and the cleanup was immaculate.

I originally received a referral for Fitzgerald Roofing from a neighbor. Dennis Fitzgerald came to my house to examine a leaky section of roofing over a bay window. He determined that the leak was in the flashing and offered me two price quotes on the repair. One to just stop the leak, the other to fix it right. Dennis was very personable and professional. The work was completed as agreed. I have no complaints about my experience with Fitzgerald Roofing.

This was the second time I used Fitzgerald. The first time the company was contacted by my insurance company. I went back to him when I noticed broken shingles on the porch roof. Other roofing companies did not respond to my messages; Fitzgerald gave me an estimate, arranged a work date, and completed the job without ever needing to meet with me in person. I was out of town on the day the work was done- the work site was so clean that I wasn't even sure they had been there until I looked out a window at the new roof.

They were polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, it was like they were never there.

Dennis came over within a couple of hours of my phone call. Since I had painters in the house repairing the ceiling around the skylight, that was most appreciated.

Despite the amount of time that passed since Mr. Fitzgerald's company installed the roof, he was very agreeable to coming over to see what the problem was and fix it. In the interim, we had other contractors complete work around the chimney and some of the damage to the roof may have been caused by them. Despite this, Fitzgerald sent his crew over prmptly to fix the problem at no charge. Overall, Mr. Fitzgerald is a very easy person to talk to and his crew arrived quickly and worked efficiently. It's nice to know that there are still good contractors out there who stand by their work and make an effort to correct problems. I would definitely hire Fitzgerald Roofing to do any future roof work I have.

The process was very easy. I called him and he showed up at the house to take a look at the roof about a day or 2 later. He was honest about what the project would entail to save me some money since my roof had a 30 year warranty. Most of the other people I had gotten estimates from told me I needed to remove and replace the roof. He was less expensive and offered more. The thing that I really liked is he told me to look at other's roofs, I directed him to the home and he was able to select a roof with a similar color. There wasn't anything on the ground after he left. The clean up was perfect! It looks really good. I didn't even have to be here when they were working. I usually worry, but with this project I knew it was taken care. I would recommend him to others.

Fitzgerald Roofing arrived when they said they would. They took great care in covering bushes, plants, etc. so as not to damage them when they tore our old roof off. Every afternoon, our yard was tidied up and care was taken so we had full use of our yard and walkways. We had several old boards replaced, a drip edge installed, and a beautiful new architectural shingles installed. We have a very peaky roof, not an easy one to do. They worked hard in the cold December days and even when a little light snow fell. Roofers were professional and courteous. No surprises and the roof looks outstanding!
