after my windows were washed I found the employee in my bedroom in the dark-My purse was unzipped and my wallet was missing. money was missing from my wallet and although the VP of the company promised to return it nothing was ever done. The employee was not fired and the owner accused me of making the story up. Would not deal with this company again.!!!

The cleaners were friendly and polite but I had expectation that everything would be cleaner then it was.

When I first called, someone came out the same day to provide an estimate. The work was scheduled for about 7-8 days after I responded to the estimate. It was performed well and the price was very reasonable. I called the receptionist to ask her to make a note about the slow-draining drain in my backyard when they powerwashed, and she was very friendly and happy to do that. There were no problems.

They are very, very good. We've used them a couple of times. A neighbor recommended them. They are a national company but whoever works out of St. Louis did a good job. They are expensive but we have a lot of windows. We think they do it by the hour. They were here all morning and they did a good job. They were nice.

One individual, Kelly Molina, came to my house to clean my windows. I have 5 different types of windows in my house and Mr. Molina managed to do what no other company could, clean each style. He took the time to figure out how to clean each type, then efficiently cleaned all the windows. I had a Groupon coupon, but I will use this company again provided Kelly Molina is the person assigned to do the job. I would recommend Kelly Molina and FISH Window Cleaning to my family and friends.

The guy that came to clean the windows was very professional and nice. We noticed that he missed several spots on higher windows which we could not reach. We called a supervisor who came out and said they did not know if they would be able to clean the higher windows. However they would send somebody over the clean windows again, however nobody ever came.

I am very satisfied with this service. I have a lot of glass in my home, and they do a fantastic job of making it shine! I think they are easy schedule appointments with, they always arrive on time, and complete the work quickly and thoroughly. I would refer them to other people.
