FIRELANE GRAPHICS

I called Emir, the owner based on a refferall from a trade company I am on, he was supposed to join, and did in person confirm with me that he could do 50% on trade 50% cash. I got the run around for about a week, they finally sent a proof which looked amazing. I called to schedule, and I was told I must bring the vehicle in to the store to have it measured. I found this very odd considering in the proof they had, they had a layout of my vehicle exactly. I drove from Wentzville, MO 63385 all the way down to Hampton Ave in the city, which is a distance. I explained to the installer I was there to have the vehilce measured, he seemed very puzzled. When we were standing out side he told me that I would need to give him $900 upfront and $900 when it got put on, to which I replied 50% is supposed to be on trade!? , "Oh yeah sorry he cant do that".. then WHY DID HE TELL ME HE COULD? Thanks for the wasted time you appear to do good work, but dont jack me around I have a business to run and do not have time for drama, I am an adult and Emir is an adult. Perhaps if Emir spent more time in the office , than the coffe house next door he could get more accomplished.

The guys at the shop were friendly, and actually performed the tinting for me same-day. Usually, they schedule appointments for people, but since I had the day off, they were able to conform to my schedule -- which I appreciated. I came back a couple hours later, the car was ready and it looked great. They have a computer that cuts the tint to the exact specs, so there is only a small portion at the tops of the windows that the tint doesn't reach (maybe 1mm). They told me not to roll down the windows for a few days while the tint set. Overall, I was very satisfied with Firelane and would use them again.
