 + 0 moreI want to recommend this particular FedEx because the service has always been exemplary. Bill Ebbesmeyer the manager, greets me by name. Eric and Donisha, the other two people who work there, also recognize me. The service is prompt and efficient. I feel confident and comfortable--almost like I'm at a neighborhood coffee shop--when I go in. I think personal connections are important and the atmosphere at this office is personal and friendly.
Description of Work: Most recently, I mailed Christmas packages at this FedEx, which is two blocks from my house. But I have regularly used the office for printing, copying, mailing. When I have a big computer file to print, I put it on a thumb drive and take it there. When my computer was down for a day or two, I went there to use the WiFi. I have even had a Yankee stadium chair packed and sent from there. The one time I had a delivery problem with FedEx, it was immediately corrected.
