 + -1 moreThey do very good. It took maybe about 30 or 40 minutes. They always check my humidifier and make sure it's all clean and well. The workers were very good. We got a hold of them and they put in a furnace and air conditioning unit for us. I've always had them for a long time now.

 + -1 moreAs it turned out, my husband didn't change the filter as often as he needed to so they had to replace the unit and it didn't cost anything because it was under warranty.
Description of Work: They just put a new air conditioner in last year and when I heard the furnace come on, it didn't sound right to me.

 + -1 moreI would highly recommend these guys to anyone for anything concerning heating and cooling...and only wish they could be called for everything else!
Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working over Memorial Day weekend - 95 degree plus weather! Called and left a message at 6:30am on Memorial Day (holiday) and owner phoned me back within 15 minutes. Though they were not able to come until the next day, I really appreciated the responsiveness. Sons of owner (obviously a family business!) were out the next day as promised, and repaired the part that had stopped the unit. They did the most thorough check of my air conditioner I've had performed, including recommending certain vents be closed to redirect air to the hottest part of the house (I live in a brick home with terrible insulation.) They also gave me several other tips about how to reduce energy cost, which is sky high in this house.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time, did the work for the original phone estimate and left the work areas immaculate. They provided a thorough description of the features and functionalities of the equipment. I asked about electronic air cleaners and some other items and the talked me out of purchasing them, explaining why they believed I would be wasting my money to purchase those items. Dan and Steve were extremely professional and even stayed longer than planned to ensure proper programming operation of the thermostats. I'm very pleased with the performance of their recommended equipment and with the quality of the installation work.
Description of Work: Fabick installed 2 Aprilaire humidifiers and 2 programmable thermostats.

He is also very conservative and doesn't seal things you don't need at the time. He also teaches the homeowner things that they can do to make sure the furnace and water run well.
