Job went smoothly. Garrett Roesch was extremely responsive and came over right away to give me a bid. Took a while to get the windows in but as soon as they were in they were installed quickly. Garrett did a great job and everything was clean and neat!

First I was told they could do for less, replacing the same kind of supports ,only to be told later they won't pass city building inspection , now I need a 3x3 square support. I say ok, they ask for the permit and building plans charge of $590.00 and Half Down up front and sign contract, Days later ,They say OOPS City through them a curve ball, Now they have to Core drill the patio in 4 places, 10 inch by 30 inches deep, Extra cost $800.00 You think they would know this ,being a awning company, I feel I was Baited and switched. Now I find out drilling a hole in my concrete inches from the edge, most likely will crack my porch, Them not being Bonded means if it cracks my patio, it open's another $1000,00 deductible Ins claim. After a few professional Said it would be safer to Pier drill in the dirt just off the edge of porch, I call Vic The Owner to ask how much to core drill in the dirt and what he thought, He rudely reply's ,to take the contract bid and fold it up and stick it up my a**, and he didn't want to do the job, and to never call back along with some profanity, then threatened me. Their company building is run down with a rag tag crew ,located in a bad neighborhood. That should of been my first clue. Live and Learn Make sure your contractors are insured and Bonded. And avoid Exterior by Roesch, and the rude inconsiderate AO's like p**** ,oh I mean Vic. I only wonder if he is claiming the $465.00 reoccurring print fee he charges everyone on his taxes.

This is my first experience with Roesch and I believe they provided me with the excellent product and service I expected. Vic, the owner, was right on with what he said and the installer, Dan Smith, was very good and did an excellent job. I would not only recommend them but certainly have them do additional work for me should the need arise.

They are always pleasant and fair.

In the beginning, my experience was great -- he responded promptly with detailed information, came to my home to show windows and discuss further, etc. However, after a exchanging a bit more information via emails/call, suddenly "radio silence" -- no returned emails, no returned calls. From my perspective, he did not have the courtesy to decline the business in what I consider to be a professional manner.

Vic came out and gave me an estimate with some color samples. I picked a color and the gutters were intalled and look great.

After getting 6 or 7 bids for this job, we decided on Roesch. I pretty much felt they were the one's for the job as soon as I met the Mr. Roesch. He was very professional, but not at all pushy. His price was very good. He also has his own crew, many use subs, or do piece work. He ask for nothing down. Mr. Roesch was aware of other work we were having done and knew we wanted the windows put in after the roof, but before the gutter work. He told me to call him when the roof was done. When I called we scheduled the work to be done with in a week. The two man crew arrived right on schedule, and went right to work. They were both very nice and friendly. They work very fast, efficient and were very neat about it. They did a beautiful job! Mr. Roesch stopped by to see how things were going during the day. Every thing was done and clean with in 8 hours. We were so happy we ordered another window and transit that day!

BOTH THE WORKERS AND MR. ROESCH MADE THIS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL! VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND PEOPLE!!!
