+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB. I FELT THAT THEY WERE POLITE, PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETED WHAT I WANTED. WE HAD A PROBLEM AFTER THEIR FIRST VISIT - THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK. I CALLED THE DISPATCHER WHO TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS UNRELATED. BUT THEN THE INSTALLER CALLED ME BACK AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO FLIP IT BACK ON, WHICH WASN'T VERY COMPLICATED.
Description of Work: THEY PROGRAMMED MY EXISTING ALARM SYSTEM AND RE-ESTABLISHED A CONNECTION AT THE FRONT DOOR.

+ -1 moreSYSTEM WAS INSTALLED AS PROMISED AND WORKS PERFECTLY. WE ESPECIALLY LIKE THE REMOTE (HAND-HELD) DEVICES THAT WERE INCLUDED. MONITORING SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE FOR A MONTHLY FEE IS PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. WHENEVER WE ACCIDENTALLY SET-OFF ALARM, WE ARE CALLED VERY QUICKLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HOME SECURITY AND SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM INVOLVING USE OF WIRED AND WIRELESS COMPONENTS. IN ADDITION, EAGLE SECURITY ALSO PROVIDES MONTHLY MONITORING SERVICE.

Description of Work: THE ALARM WAS GOING OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THE OWNER CAME OVER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND FIXED IT.
