I have been using him for 25 years now, He have completed a lot of projects. He is an honorable man. Quoted reasonable price, he does good follow up, whenever there was an issue, he will get back right away and fixed it. He's always on time and job will be finish when he said it would be finish.

The siding work performed in 2002 went fine, the siding looks good and has held up well. There were no big issues, but also nothing that stood out as excellent either. Over the years, pieces of siding have come off with storms, etc, and I've contacted them to come out and repair/replace the pieces under warranty. Each time, it took a long time for them to respond and make the repairs. The repairs themselves are good, but the response time is frustrating. Some things have not been done to this day. We recently had damage from a spring storm, and parts of the siding needed repair. Because Eagle Contractors did the siding work in the past, I called them to find out if using a different contractor for the repairs this time would invalidate my warranty. It took a few weeks before I got a call back from Ray. Once he did call, we set up an appointment for 8/28/15 to come out and look at the house. He arrived on time for that appointment, and was pleasant and professional as always. He told me that he could estimate all the work for the storm damage repairs, which included replacing the entire roof and all gutters, plus siding and window and patio screening work. He looked the house over and said he'd get an estimate to me within the next few days. That was four weeks ago, and I have not heard from him either via email, mail, nor phone. Based on his prior responsiveness record with us, I did not follow up with him, nor will I use him again for any new work on our house.
