 + -1 moreThey arrived on time. Did the entire job in one day. I was particularly concerned about the flashing as I had some prior water damage at the chimney. I went up on the roof and inspected the job during and after it was completed. He is a real craftsman with the flashing. It has withstood 8 months of winter and spring storms without any problems. They even let me throw some junk I had in the garage into their dumpster as they had some room. His bid was the higher of two bids. I went with him because he will only use the highest quality products and warrants his work for 5 years. I also had feedback from a friend about the quality of the flashing he does, as that was a big concern. The products have a lifetime warranty.
Description of Work: Remove entire roof, replace any rotted 1x8 sheeting boards, trim excess wood from gutter line, install 15lb UL felt on entire roof, install Tamko thirty-year Oxford grey, architectural shingles, install new lead flashing on the plumbing ventilation pipes, install new flashing and counter flashing on the chimney and over the bay window, install 37' of Omni Ridge ventilation system, remove and clean up all debris.
