Great! Louis was right on time, worked diligently, and was able to complete every task we asked of him. we were very impressed with his work. He was a fantastic help to us! Considering the costs it would have been to get individual contractors out to the house to fix all the odds and ends we needed, Louis cost much less and was convenient by working on the weekend so it didn't interfere with our normal work week!

I was completely satisfied with this handyman. He was able to come on somewhat short notice (coming the same week I called), was on time, went from one job to the next without wasting any time. He asked my preference on how I wanted things rather than just doing them how he thought it would look best (e.g., he replaced regular outlets with grounded ones and asked if I wanted the ground holes up or down). I appreciated that bc I am picky. He was a pleasant person to be around and worked consistently. He was able to give me advice on how to solve problems, such as moving an outlet and where it could go bc of studs being in the way of where I wanted it moved. He also went to the hardware store and got the special type of switch I needed.

Mr. Doskocil is responsive, reliable and reasonably priced considering his professionalism. Not all contractors have the patience to work with historic houses. Will be the go-to contractor for my century home. Plus he's local to South City.

Excellent- even though I called Christmas Eve at 8 am Louis was able to come out, he arrived about an hour after my call and was able to make the repair.
