+ 1 moreThey called to alert us before the appointment that he was running a little late and was it still okay or did we want to reschedule. I was impressed he called before the appointment time. He ended up only being about 15 minutes late which was fine. He did a great job talking through options with some of the carpentry work we needed as well as paint options. He was very professional, answered all our questions, and called to follow up.
