It was very easy to schedule with them and they were very reliable in showing up to appointments. They did a great job of helping us getting our house ready for market and suggesting updates to help it get sold. We got an offer within a week it was listed. Dawn and the staff did a great job and helped us with resources in getting the house ready. I don't live there anymore, but I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I feel like we found such a gem when when we met her, and she is just one of those individuals that you won't let go once you have met them. Dawn helped me buy my first home this summer. I was moving to St. Louis from out of state, and was unfamiliar with the city. Dawn knows the city well, and was able to recommend diverse, lively neighborhoods and great properties. She was especially good at negotiating the best price for an amazing house based on extensive research of comparable properties and knowledge of the area and market within which I was buying a home. She was great at walking me through the home-buying process for the first time--with her experience, she was able to make great recommendations for mortgage brokers, home inspectors, etc., all of whom were incredibly helpful and kept both my budget and needs in mind.
