My experience with Dawn was great! She didn’t just serve as my agent, but as an advisor and manager of what for most is a scary, daunting experience. My tiny bungalow in Tower Grove East was small change compared to the many larger, more lucrative houses for which she was also a seller’s agent. But Dawn always made me feel as if my sale was her only sale, even when the reality was that my house was a small fish in a much bigger pond. As with any house sale, there were unexpected complications and curveballs, but Dawn was always there to smooth the road. For example, a buyer for whom Dawn was also an agent wanted to purchase my property. Because I trusted Dawn, I allowed her to represent both of us. This was an unusual relationship, for certain, but one that Dawn managed deftly. I felt like my interests were very well handled by Dawn, as were the buyers interests, resulting in a sale and purchase that was without typical acrimony. That both sides were happy with the outcome seems rare in an often tension-filled process, but this outcome was extremely important to me and I have Dawn to thank for it. Inspections are with few exceptions scary and frustrating to buyers, and that of my house uncovered a few large, totally unexpected issues. Dawn worked with both me and the buyer to prioritize the essential repairs, with an end result that I believe satisfied both of us. And while some of the repairs (new water main, anyone?), were expensive and daunting, Dawn’s knowledge of professionals in all aspects of the building industry helped me locate people willing to do the repairs for the best possible price. Trust me, you want an agent as well-connected as Dawn when things aren’t going your way! Finally, I loved my little house in TGE, and wanted an agent who could see what made it special, and help buyers see it too. Dawn’s spot-on marketing not only found a buyer for my house, but the right person for my house. In the end, that was perhaps the best aspect of what was in retrospect an extremely satisfying process. I could not recommend Dawn more highly.

We moved to California and after 6 months finally decided to sell our house in STL. I flew in giving 1 day notice to Dawn. She met at the house and did a walk through giving me a detailed list of what needs to be done to get it ready. I did everything on her list and used her house/window cleaner recommendation the day I flew back. This was the first and last time I was in St Louis during the entire process. They took fabulous photos for the listing. Her mastermind recommended a perfect and competitive selling price for the house and the market at the time (though I was worried because it was in November just before the holiday season). To my surprise 5 offers in the first 48 hours! She took the time to make a chart for us of each offer to ease the decision making process. She had awesome recommendations towards each of the repairs that needed to be done and her team was there to let them in the house. She was the binding that kept all of the nuances of selling a house together... and we were across the country! After all this, most importantly she is humble, honest, intelligent, funny, a hustler, a mother, relatable, organized and efficient. You should probably call her.

Dawn quickly understood exactly what I was looking for, set me up with a tailored MLS listing, and started the process of setting up appointments to view properties I was interested in. Dawn is very knowledgeable about the City and particularly the areas I was interested in (Shaw, Fox Park, Southwest Gardens, the Grove, Tower Grove South and East, the Hill, etc.). She was professional, efficient, and friendly. As we viewed properties, Dawn was able to identify potential red flags and give me good advice on the value (current and future) of each property. I bought a two-flat I am very happy with about a year and a half ago, and Dawn continues to keep in touch and keep me apprised of property values in my area. I have recommended her to a number of other friends who subsequently worked with her, and I will continue to work with her with no reservations whatsoever.

Dawn helped us sell our home quickly. Her team was amazing, especially with staging advice to sell our home for top dollar. There was a lot of work to do to get ready, we lived there for 10 years and had to thin out a lot things to make it happen. We got some pods to start our packing early, but our home showed so much better and we got very close to what we asked for it. The process was easy and smooth.
