I got Dave's name from Angie's List. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. My husband and I are an older couple who decided we wanted an attached villa for our new home--a home with maintenance provided in the HOA fee. Dave found our "dream home" within a week -- and he helped us every step of the way with offers, counter offers, arranging inspections, and answering all our questions and concerns. We found and purchased this home before we even listed our old home--which was a concern in a poor market and with an unusual home to sell. Dave helped us by coming out and telling me how to get the old house ready for sale and then came out and took many wonderful pictures for the listing--they were so good, I was wondering why I ever decided to move! I'm sure the pictures in the multiple listing online were the reason we had so many potential buyers come to see the house. It took 5 months to sell the house (which was actually fast considering the sluggish market and the fact that we were in the middle of winter)--with three different contracts before the final closing. Dave helped us through the entire process--even finding contractors to do needed work on the house before selling and dealing with every problem that arose in the process. He was always available to us when needed and responded quickly to my emails and calls. I could not have found a better realtor--Dave was always professional and knowledgeable, but his personality and sense of humor made the whole process easier for us. I believe Angie's List helped me find the best realtor in the St. Louis area, David Tedoni.

We could not have asked for a more diligent, knowledgeable, personable, professional and patient agent! We were looking for a house for use in retirement, which was a couple of years out. Therefore, our timetable was pretty relaxed, and we were quite picky about what we wanted and could afford to both wait for the right property at the right price to come up. Dave spent a lot of time with us, working with us to pick out properties to view (approx 40 homes) over several visits to St Louis, not knowing just how long the process could take. Once we found our desired home. all of the negotiations had to occur remotely, as we were still living in Minnesota. Thanks to Dave, everything went smoothly all the way through the counters and the closing. Dave also helped arrange the inspections and helped to collect bids for needed repairs as a result of the inspections. He made us feel that he would do whatever was necessary to both close the sale and make sure we were happy with the outcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend Dave to anyone shopping the St Louis housing market

David Tedoni was a pleasure to work with, my wife and I highly recommend his services. He has a very easy going and pleasant personality -- which is important since buying or selling a house can be quite a journey. You want somebody who is good to talk to. David truly took the time to understand the good and bad aspects of our house. He always had constructive feedback and was willing to help us get in touch with the right people for any services that we needed. We also had a unique situation since we moved out of state before the house went on the market. David went above and beyond what I expected by checking on the house regularly for us, and keeping us totally in the loop. To cut to the chase, David's advice on the many aspects of selling paid off even in this sluggish market. We had the house staged, and made some upgrades to be in line with the comps in our area. The result was a quick sale without having to come down much at all. All this said, I would also not hesitate to use David's services as a seller's or a buyer's realtor. He was very knowledgeable on both sides of the coin.

Dave was recommended by a friend, which turned out to be a great recommendation. Dave can answer and explain anything you need to know about the selling/buying process. He is very professional and knows his business. He also focuses on you regardless of how many clients he may be dealing with at the time. He has a positive attitude and is upbeat; very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

My family has relocated a few times prior to this move, and have worked with various agents. So we know, Dave is a gem. Dave is the epitome of professionalism. He was reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and has a great sense of humor. As I mentioned above, our house search lasted a very long time. We had experienced many very long days, and a couple of real or near bidding wars. During the process we never ceased to be impressed by his quality of service and standard of ethics. Our working relationship concluded in my family finding and purchasing a home in the neighborhood of our desire at a cost that's very satisfactory. So, our experience with him has been wonderful from beginning to end. We have nothing but praises to say about Dave.

For our recent home purchase, we were able to get a home visit, comp reports and an approved contract within less than 48 hours from our e-mail to Dave expressing interest in the property (on a holiday weekend). Dave navigated us through the process and answered all questions in a timely manner. The property appraised higher than the purchase price. For our home sale, we made renovations to our old home to prepare it. While his suggestions included things we had not expected, we followed his advice and they proved effective. The out of pocket cost of these changes was reasonable and greatly enhanced the home's presentation. It sold within the first week right in our price range. Other homes in our old neighborhood remain for sale, and have dropped their price below our sale price. Dave provided great service throughout the selling process, going above and beyond to assist our needs.

Dave was flexible and made himself available to show me different homes despite his busy schedule and mine! He always paid attention to my priorities and would even take time out to preview and/or drive by properties himself to see if it fit with my specific needs. Mr. Tedoni included various websites in his emails to teach me more about the areas in which I was looking. Dave Tedoni went above and beyond the duties of other people whom I have encountered in this profession. When I found a home that worked for me, he patiently walked me through every step as if I were his first customer, taking time to explain in detail what was involved. I was free to call him with any questions - and continued to do so did after closing. In addition, his network of contacts for various home projects is quite expansive. I felt safe and trusted him with everything that happened along my journey.
