 + -1 moreAt the time of the installation I thought everything went smooth. However recently the car alarms has not been working properly. I called the manager about the issue and he asked me to bring the car in so he could take a look at it. Yesterday I went it to the store and spoke to a salesman about the issue and he said he thought I had purchased the cheaper alarm option which I told him was incorrect. He then tried to look up my information in the computer and he could not find my name which I thought was pretty odd. I compared the key fab that they gave me to the key fabs in the store and realized that they had installed the cheaper version.

 + -1 moreInstall was free with $100 purchase. Of course, they mark up the parts to cover that cost, but I didn't mind since I was not going to install it myself. The final bill even came out to be less than the estimate since one part was not needed. I was pretty happy with this company.
Description of Work: They installed a new stereo on my '00 Nissan Sentra.
