+ -1 moreMy experience was excellent! My new cushion was ready in 30 minutes which allowed me to run some errands and return to pick up same day. In fact, Jim offered to call my cell phone to let me know when it was ready - and he did as he promised. My chair looks brand new! Thank you!
Description of Work: Jim professionally replaced the foam and batting for my favorite chair. He thoughtfully asked me my preference in foam density and allowed me to sit on a couple of samples to determine which one I preferred. He explained about other customer preferences re: foam, described the process and asked when I would like the finished product.

+ -1 moreThis was a very handy service to find. I have some very decent wooden dining room chairs that the cushions were pooped out on, and Custom Foam took care of replacing the padding for me. I couldn't have gone and purchased the materials and did the work myself, for what they charged. They did a nice job.
Description of Work: They cut new foam for my 6 dining room chairs.
