+ -1 moreOverall, Mark’s work in outstanding. I am a perfectionist and appreciate that he is too. Mark is knowledgeable in many areas of construction and understands codes, is current on building materials and is a creative problem-solver. He is exceedingly careful and cleans up thoroughly at the end of each workday. He listens well and desires to meet your needs and wants. He is accommodating, positive, thoughtful, cooperative, pleasant, enthusiastic and upto the task at hand with a “can do” attitude. He is truly a special person with excellent skills for every task, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting and tile work. His attention to detail and work completed in a timely fashion make him a valuable resource. We look forward to continuing working with him and calling upon Mark in the future
Description of Work: We learned of Mark through my sister-in-law, who has used him for a number of years and has provided excellent, caring and professional service for her home projects. We hired Mark to take care of deferred maintenance items in our home, which we purchased in August, 2012. To date, he has installed a new dishwasher, faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen; has painted the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom, which entailed covering red paint (it came out perfectly); he properly connected the dryer exhaust vent to a new roof vent. While replacing the ceiling light fixture in the master bath, he installed an electrical box where previously a sole romex wire came through the ceiling. An old fan over the shower was replaced, requiring that venting be properly installed. Repairing these items eliminated code violations, hazardous situations and potential harm to the building. He is currently reframing a bathroom door and installing new toilets
