 + -1 moreNice selection of items and salespeople are very helpful and know their merchandise. Lance helped us and was very nice to work with. Our items had to be ordered but arrived within a few days. We highly recommend Crate and Barrel!

 + -1 moreI was really impressed with the quick-thinking and problem-solving ability of the C&B managers. They understood my need to have a table for the approaching dinner party and did everything in their power to correct the delivery error.
Description of Work: I had purchased a new dining room table and chairs to be delivered on the Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day weekend party on Monday. When the delivery truck arrived at 5pm Friday, the workers unloaded the chairs and a small desk. I suggested that it was not the table I had ordered (although it did look like a table), but they said it was all that was left on the truck. I called C&B to complain and they were able to work out a solution that essentially involved two salespeople using their pick-up truck to deliver the new table and remove the wrong item. In addition, I was offered a credit for the delivery charge.

 + -1 moreIT IS JUST GORGEOUS. I THINK THAT PEOPLE HAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT CRATE & BARREL IS EXPENSIVE, BUT I THINK THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED AN AREA RUG FROM THEM. IT IS A CREAM COLORED, VERY HIGH PILED, SHAG RUG.
