 + -1 moreThey did ok. I am happy with their work. I took my computer to them. I would give them an A, but they lost the cable for my laptop, they did finally find it. I can t complain about their price. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They had to format my hard drive. They put an exhaust fan in my computer as well. My computer works better than it ever has before.

 + -1 moreThe service call went very well except that Richard was about a half an hour late. But that was the only negative aspect of the experience. He was polite, professional and efficient. He asked alot of questions about what exactly we wanted done with our computer. He took his time and was thorough. He contacted AT and T to verify some things regarding our DSL and hardware. He worked at least an hour and 30 min. but only asked to be paid for 1 hour. I insisted on paying him for the full time because he was very thorough and helpful.
Description of Work: Richard came over to the house and performed maintenance on our computer files and helped to speed up our DSL internet service.

 + -1 moreThey were very accommodating and only charged us for the one hour labor time for installation of the hard drive. They are friendly and reliable. Our computer works great and hasn't had any further problems with it.
Description of Work: We took our very old desktop computer to PC Computer Repair when it started to run very slow. We knew we wanted to replace the hard drive so I purchased it on the internet and brought it with the computer for installation to the repair shop.

 + -1 moreRichard gave me an estimate over the phone that seemed very reasonable compared to other companies. He came out the next day and set up my DSL and wireless access. He worked quickly and was done in about 1 hour. I'm pretty clueless about computers, but he answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable! He showed me how to use my new service and gave me some quick pointers about what to do if something went wrong. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Activated DSL and installed wireless access point/service.
