+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE, VERY REASONABLY PRICED, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. (MOST IMPORTANT: THE ROOF DOES NOT LEAK) MOST WORK WAS DONE BY A SINGLE WORKER WORKING ALONE. HE DID A GOOD JOB, BUT HIS CLEAN-UP WAS ONLY FAIR, BUT I'M VERY PICKY. THE OWNER, ROBERT COTTON, WAS A FINE GENTLEMAN TO DO BUSINESS WITH, HONEST. HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE MANSARD PORTION, BECAUSE HE WAS NOT AN EXPERT ON THAT TYPE OF ROOF.
Description of Work: MY TWO FAMILY BUILDING HAD A FLAT ROOF PLUS A DECORATIVE MANSARD ROOF IN FRONT. COTTON ROOFING RECOVERED THE FLAT ROOF. THEY USED A TORCH-DOWN PROCESS THAT CREATES A ONE PIECE RUBBERIZED SHEET OVER THE ROOF BY MELTING THE SEAMS TOGETHER.
