Description of Work: I needed wallpaper removed and the walls prepped and painted as well as exterior trim painted. My house is for sale. It is my realtor's opinion that the wallpaper was detrimental to the sale of the house.

+ -1 moreThe contract was received in January. Due to adverse weather conditions, work was completed in April. James did an excellent and clean job. He also returned promptly to apply a second coat (where necessary).
Description of Work: James Reed quoted a fair price for painting two exterior porch ceilings, a metal chimney stack and furnace exhaust pipe, and the wood casings around four second-story windows. The job included scraping, sanding and priming.

+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM AT THE LAST MINUTE TO SEE IF THEY COULD PAINT TWO ROOMS IN OUR LOWER LEVEL AND WITHIN 4 DAYS THE JOB WAS DONE. HE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALSO PICKED UP AFTER HIMSELF EVERYDAY. I CAME HOME TO TWO ROOMS THAT LOOKED VERY DULL BEFORE AND NOW I HAVE TWO ROOMS I LOVE TO GO INTO.
Description of Work: PATCHING DEFECTS ON THE WALLS SANDING THEM DOWN PRIME THE SURFACE WITH 2 COATS AND PAINTING TWO ROOMS.
