Description of Work: I dealt with Gary Wasylenko who was an excellant agent.He got me a price above my asking price which I had set a bit high, I had thought.As for his company I relly don't have personal knowledge.

Description of Work: 1 of 3 realtors selected to preview homes for relocation. Ranked CBG 3rd of the 3. No houses shown that matched my requirements. Realtor unprepared and messy car. My #1 choice showed me 3 homes on preview I would buy and thus I selected a different firm to be my realtor agent.

 + -1 moreThey are very nice. We just signed the contract a month ago. On one Sunday the builder told us he could not sign until Monday. We had everything done except for that. On Tuesday we learned that the house was sold to someone else. Our agent was very upset and afraid nothing could be done about that. Her manager called the other firm's manager and told them that they couldn't do that deal. They actually helped us to get that house! We are really lucky to have our agent and Caldwell Banker. We hope to move in in about a month or so!
Description of Work: We used them to sell our house in St. Louis and are using them now in buying our new house.
