carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreDespite my protest, he claimed pouring the bleach would work just fine. This led to my carpet being incapable of cleaning. I had to replace the entire carpet. At first, they were pleasant enough, but the owner or manager accused me of lying about the problem. He literally yelled at me over the phone and insisted his employee would never do such a thing. I was really upset that he believed an employee over me. He wanted nothing more to do with me. I did not pay them for their service and they did not return to complete the job or fix the damage.
Description of Work: They were supposed to take care of mold under the carpeting in my home that had grown from water damage. The tech insisted on pouring bleach because he was out of their standard cleaner.

 + -1 moreTHE QUALITY OF WATER IS GREAT, SERVICE IS PROMPT AND IT HAS BEEN A NICE ADDITION TO OUR HOME.
Description of Work: THEY SUPPLY OFFICE AND HOME WATER COOLERS. THEY PROVIDE THE TANKS AND WATER. THE RENTAL IS VERY REASONABLE PER MONTH AND THE WATER IS DELIVERED AS NEEDED.
