+ 0 moreFor the generator install, that was several years ago. Clean Water did a great job showing me the options, working with me on suggesting the right equipment and finding appropriate contractors to do the work. Turns out they sub some of the pieces (which is fine) and there was a bit of trouble getting the electrical sub to communicate at the project onset, but once we started work, all went without a hitch. I needed some extra landscaping as the generator was being placed on a hilly side of my home. It was done very well and has held up just great for many years, now. The install was done professionally and looks good, as well.
Description of Work: This review is for two services, actually. The ratings are for both, combined. The first service was to install a whole-house generator and transfer switch. The second was to perform annual maintenance on said unit.

Description of Work: We have a whole-house generator. We have dozens of trees in our yard and have to be prepared for storms. I have known about them for about 10 years, but was using a different company. Clean Water Solutions has a fantastic reputation in our area, so we called them recently for maintenance. They were here for about 3-4 hours ensuring everything was working properly.
