+ -1 moreHad an appointment with this service (Amber) for August 23 at 9:30 am. She called that morning at approximately 8:30 am to tell me she had a problem with her bank, and could not make it. We rescheduled for Tuesday, August 28 at 9:30. When we were rescheduling, she said she would call me Monday,August 27 as a reminder. SHE (OR NO ONE) SHOWED UP AND NO CALL. If I were Angies List, I would delete this service from my recommendation list. No way to conduct business!!!!!!!

Description of Work: This review is being posted because I have not figured out to delete my previous 8/29/17 "B" review of Clean Sweep. Apparently there is more than one cleaning company with this name, and I entered my review about the wrong Clean Sweep. Amber called me to ask that I take down my review, and I will do so when I figure out how to do so. Amber's Clean Sweep seems to have all good reviews, and I may decide to switch to her company. The Clean Sweep I have used previously I will not be using again.
