 + -1 moreI called to see how quickly they could look at my computer, and was told to drop it off that day. Two days later I called back and was told they couldn't get to it until Monday (I called on a Friday). On Monday afternoon I called and they told me it was ready and could be picked up. The problem was simply a software issue and was easily resolved, and they charged me just $59. This is my first experience with computer repair, and I've heard many horror stories from friends, so I was very pleased with the ease and effectiveness of dealing with Clayton Computer. I highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: My laptop was not booting up. They ran diagnostics on the computer and discovered a software problem, which they corrected quickly.

 + -1 moreBrought my desktop computer in on April 4, 2008. They said it would take two to three days to repair. I received a call from them on April 8, saying the PC was fixed and to come in and get it. I picked up my PC on April 9, and hooked it up and it's been working satisfactory since.

 + -1 morePrompt and professional reply to my phone call. Dropped off the computer. Within two days the problem was completely solved. And this problem was a one of a kind complicated one. The service was professional and very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with their service & definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: A very complex memory problem with a custom built computer. My computer is 64-bit throughout but could not take more than 2Gig RAM.

 + -1 moreDropped my dead computer off on Saturday and picked up my fixed computer on Tuesday. They were very professional and friendly. They provided a good turn around time, convenient Saturday drop off, Excellent pricing and service. I was extremely pleased with their service. I also asked them about and purchased an external hard drive to back up my computers from them for $160.
Description of Work: My Computer Died. I would push the power button and the light would come on, but it would not start up. They performed a diagnostic check on my machine for $69, another company was $199. They reseated the processor an got my machine back to normal for the $69 fee.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE ONLY OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, WHICH FOR SOME PEOPLE THAT CAN BE A PAIN. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CONFIDENT AND ON TIME. HE GOT MY COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS "TALKING" AGAIN.
