+ 0 moreWe were happy with the fact that it only took an hour and that he was able to clear the line and he left no mess. As I stated before he arrived when they said he would.
Description of Work: The drain in the basement had backed up. We had problems a few years ago with tree roots so figured that was the problem again. I called them around 9:30 and they said someone would be out in the afternoon but they would call first. They called around 12:15 and said someone would be here in half an hour. He arrived on time. Was able to clear our drain and was done in about an hour. He did a good job and left no mess. Considering there was snow on the ground that he had to walk through I was impressed that there was no mess when he left.

Description of Work: My sewer backed up and because I use Classic Aire for my HVAC system I called them and they arrived within an hour got the line cleared and found another issue that they repaired while they were at my home. They also recommended a company to help with the clean up and they were very responsive as well. They also informed me that I can have an annual preventative maintenance done to help prevent this from happening which I'm going to take advantage of as well. Solid company with very good employees.

+ 0 more200 dollars with a sensitive agreement and a coupon A division of classic air care this was an emergency situation there was no water in our drain at all, our toilets had back top. they were courtesy and reasonable without being invasive. they came out on a holiday and a weekend and did not charge us really more for the service. I would highly recommend them.
