+ 3 moreI absolutely loved Clarity real estate. My realtor Christy Kramlich was amazing. She was prompt in getting us appointments to view homes and was very reliable. She was knowledgable in answering our questions and helping us find insurance for our new home and helping us find a broker to help us with financing. I can absolutely say that we found our dream house and Christy was very patient with us. I would absolutely recommend Clarity Realty to anyone and recommend Christy to anyone.

Description of Work: We moved to the area from out of town and clarity realty..... Carolyn discerned that after living in the same home for 30 years we didn't know what we wanted exactly......she listened and figured exactly what we were looking for and the proceeded to find it.......she was patient, thoughtful, a great negotiator and spot on with pricing, inspections needed, city-county rules etc. Carolyn just helped our daughter and husband buy a home and it was wonderful to know we didn't have to overlook their process because they used clarity realty!
