CHRISTOPHER COMFORT SYSTEMS

Paul Dorlac (owner of Chistopher Comfort Systems) was assigned by home warranty company to come look at my A/C. I called him to schedule an appointment on 5/13 @ 9:00 AM. Took a half day off work to be accommodate his schedule. Paul never showed up. I called around 10:30 AM to figure out his ETA and he said he couldn't make it that day and that I should have called back to confirm the appointment with him. I apologized for the "miscommunication" and Paul said he would try to make it by later that afternoon and would call me back \when he had finished for the day. I never heard back from him. Called and left a voicemail around 5:30 PM for him to return my call to reschedule another visit. Paul never returned that call either. I called my home warranty company to re-assign the ticket to another contractor, but they refused even after his absence at the scheduled meeting and failure to return my calls. So I called Paul AGAIN to set up an appointment. This time for 5/31 @ 2 PM. Paul texts me @ 3:45 PM on the day of the appointment to tell me he is downtown (within a few blocks of my apartment), but that he won't make it because he was pulled over by an officer for an illegal right turn and just doesn't feel like dealing with downtown today. This is a Friday afternoon so there is no WAY I'm getting another contractor before Monday which means at least another 3 days of 85 degree temperatures in my condo. Missed appointments. Unreturned calls. Doesn't care if his laziness causes clients grief. Paul clearly doesn't want business, so you should help him out by avoiding ever working with Christopher Comfort Systems.

I think the price is very reasonable. I feel that he is always reasonable and doesn't try do unnecessary work and rip me off like other companies. I would never go with anyone else but Christopher Comfort. He is very reliable. He services the entire condo complex.

I would highly recommend Christopher Comfort Systems. My 16-year old air conditioning system stopped working a month ago. Since the air conditioning system was original to my home, I solicited several companies for bids. Not only did Christopher's come out on a Saturday (a half hour after I called) they gave me a price on Monday and installed the new system on Friday. They give me the lowest bid, and more importantly, an honest assessment of the replacement unit I needed. Other companies tried to "up sell" me on a five and six ton unit. Both sizes were way more than I needed for the size of my home.

They did a great job, got everything done within 1 day, and cleaned up after themselves well. I've used them in the past and will continue using them as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC installer.
