Hired them in Sept 2023 claimed that would have to wait several rains to see any difference. Moles meantime continue to destroy yard almost 3 months later. Still claims have to wait for more rain. Would not go with this company again hiring another company to solve the problem.

This service is a scam. See other reviews. The service was started and traps installed, and a few moles were caught, but then I was told the 'technician' did not have enough time to simply ring my door bell (as I requested) when arriving on the property to check traps. Then the service was stopped shortly thereafter, and all traps removed, without even notifying me at the time, when they claimed there was a missing trap in a location not even in the yard (in a dirt area between houses where nobody goes). Then I was charged not only for the "missing trap", but also for a "mole catch" in the missing trap. Obviously no mole was documented to be caught there in a trap if the trap was missing. Then while inquiring about this, I was charged a "late fee" because 15 days had passed since the missing trap. Then I was threatened repeatedly to have further late fees applied every 30 days and a lien would be placed on my house until I paid all charges in full. I was charged over $1,000 in all for the discontinued service, which was supposed to continue for several more months. The late fee was applied even after I paid for the "missing trap" while I was inquiring (without an answer) about why I was being charged for a mole caught in a trap which was not there. The proprietor was extremely uncooperative, rude and insulting, and would not answer questions other than repeatedly telling me to "refer to your contract, and contact your lawyer to have him help explain it to you". Stay away from this company. Others reviews relate similar problems. My mistake was not reading reviews before hiring this man. I paid all charges in full to get rid of this unprofessional nuisance.

Total waste of money and time from a deceptive and socially awkward shyster. He guaranteed return visits (if needed) until moles were gone. Not only was the mole problem not fixed, but when we called for him to return, he refused and told us to read the fine print of the contract. He has since ignored our attempts to contact him and has essentially stolen our large investment with him for no visible equity in return. Hurtful and frustrating...

Chris Hosto, dba Chris the Mole Man, aka The Mole Man spent 45 minutes spraying something on our yard. Whatever was sprayed did nothing to alleviate our mole infestation. When contacted about the problems/lack of solution, Chris the Mole Man's response was no guarantees, no refunds, contact an attorney. He did not even offer to come out to discuss the issues or to re-spray. The Mole Man charged $449.00 and we received no results, no value for our money spent. The Mole Man's website advertises 2-3 years, or more, of mole relief. We did not get 2-3 days of mole relief. A total waste of money. Mr Hosto stated that we knew it might not work.

This is an update to my rating of 08/02/2020. It is now 08/30/2020 and the moles have returned. I am very dissatisfied with this service and do not recommend it. My $373 was wasted.

Paid a lot of money and I still have moles. He refused to finish the job because of dogs in the back yard and was unwilling to make any accommodation. Showed up at my house and harassed the babysitter for a check.

Did a great job. I have no idea how it works but somehow he got all the moles to leave my 1 acre yard. He didn't use poison (i didnt want poison bait in my yard because my dog would dig it up). We tried the silly traps for monthes. (good luck trapping a subterranian mole) He guarantees it works - and it worked! The stuff he uses is harmless. (he ate some to prove it). I have little kids and a dog so harmless was important - but effective is even more important.

It went great. He came on time, was very knowledgable and helpful. He even found a leak in my sprinkler and placed a flag in the spot of the leak. What great customer service.

They found the moles and captured four of them within a matter of two and a half weeks. They were responsive.
