Description of Work: I had two jobs that needed doing: removal of a big tree and trimming of a few relatively small limbs off another tree. I asked them to do the removal immediately but postpone the trimming until December, when that tree would be dormant. They came and did the removal promptly (and I foolishly paid the full amount), but never came or contacted me in December for the rest. After I called in January, they said "in a few days." After two weeks I called again, with the reply of "in a week." After a week I had to call again before they finally came.
