+ -1 moreEMILY QUOTED OUR CLEAN-UP TO BE AROUND $1100, AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN SHE EXPECTED AND MADE SOME COST ADJUSTMENTS TO CHARGE US $1100. A MONTH OR SO LATER, THEY CHARGE US ANOTHER $150 FOR DUMPING YARD WASTE. SHE OFTEN DID NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS FOR WEEKS. SHE DID NOT WANT TO COME UP WITH A ''MASTER PLAN'' FOR THE YARD, RATHER TO WORK IT OUT AS WE GO. THIS LED TO SOME POOR TIMING. AFTER THEY PUT THE SOD IN, SHE ARRANGED TO HAVE 2 DIFFERENT JOBS DONE THAT REQUIRED HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON THE NEW SOD, AND WE HAD TO PUT ONE OFF UNTIL THE GROUND FROZE. IT SEEMS THEY SHOULD HAVE PLANNED BETTER. WE WERE CHARGED 4 HOURS LABOR (2 EMPLOYEES AT 2 HOURS EACH) JUST TO PICK UP ABOUT 18 SMALLER PLANTS. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED UP OUR YARD, LAID SOD, DID SOME PLANTING AND HELPED IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN. OUR YARD IS 60' X 115'
