He was very professional. He was on time and really knew his stuff. He gave me a fair estimate within a reasonable amount of time; it was pretty close to the other estimates I got.

The house was built in the 40s. They helped me choose the color. They came out 4 times and I thought that was great. They said they would wait till the very end to put the last coat on so that it would be finished. I didn't have them do that because there were other things that were lagging and I didn't think it was fair. I had them come out before I was fully finished with the project. They came out and did the final coat. Besides that, they gave me an estimate on new baseboards before they removed the baseboards, and they provided them. They were really good about putting something under my dishwasher so it would be level even though they had said ahead of time that they didn't usually go under dishwashers. It wasn't hardwood though. They were very accommodating. They did an excellent job. It was a very positive experience. I am planning to use them someday when I redo the rest of my house or re-polish or whatever I do to the already existing floors. I also was allowed to use a coupon on Champion. They did the dust free thing. I put that on. I got $100.00 off for that and there was no dust.

The guy who came out (Scott Bernstein?) was very nice and professional, and was willing to fit in my job in 2 days, but it was very expensive. I'm sure it would have been a high quality job, but I couldn't afford it.

They were fabulous. We had looked at several different companies, and their price was approximate.

They did the work they said they would do when they said they would do it. It took them about a week to put all the flooring down for me. They showed up on time.

Everything was done on time, main finisher was great; friendly, but unobtrusive. The company recommended a new type of finish that was good for the wear and tear of two labs. I'm sure it will last, but I am disappointed with the shine which doesn't match the living room and dining room. Because it is a different type of finish, it is not as shiny. However, I was warned in advance so I can't complain. They did a beautiful job and when I called about cleaning tips they promptly ran over a cleaning kit that included everything including the mop. I have had my floors refinished three times over the years and this company was hands down the best.

The crew was very good, personable and professional. They answered every question we had. The fumes from the stain were barely tolerable and the fumes from the polyurethane were not tolerable. We stayed at a hotel on the second and third night of the process because of the fumes. This is just the nature of the materials used. We made sure to completely air-out the house for the next two days. The baseboards around the areas sanded were not protected and they will have to be repainted. We did not expect that. All in all, though, we are quite happy with the results and will use Champion again if we ever need more hardwood floor service.

The refinishing they did was well done. The people were friendly, they came on time to do the work and acted like professionals on the job. They explained very well to me what they were doing. I would recommend them.

Mr. Difeo was prompt in arriving at my home and getting me the estimate. The crew, led by Phil, were all prompt, conscientious, friendly, professional, very good at their job. I was extremely pleased from start to finish.

This company was wonderful to work with. Our sales rep. was Scott Berstein and he gave excellent recommendations. The dustless sanding left absolutely NO dust in our house. I was very concerned as I have three little ones under three yrs. old. They arrived on time and sanded an area on the floor, stained it with a stain and I approved it right then and there. I left for work while my husband worked from home. They finished the sanding and staining in one day. We decided to use the oil based stain and polyurethane. The workers warned us that it would smell bad, but overall I never had a problem with it. They used two coats of oil based polyurethane (over a two day process) and now our floors are really smooth and soft. I hate to put the furniture back. They do not move furniture and they do not do any stairs that are not boxed in stairs. My experience was great. I'll hire them in the future when we are ready to add more hardwood in the living room and dining room.

They are wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

SCOTT BERNSTEIN WAS OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE. HE LISTENED IN DETAIL AS TO WHAT WE WERE WANTING TO DO, MADE SUGGESTIONS AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW THE INSTALLATION AND ON-SITE FINISHING WAS TO OCCUR. AN ESTIMATE WAS PROVIDED WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS. AMY LYNN OUR JOB SCHEDULER WAS FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW THE INSTALLATION TIME-LINE WORK FLOW. OUR INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT. HE TOOK HIS TIME, MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT AND CALLED WITH ANY QUESTIONS HE HAD. OUR STAIN AND FINISH PERSON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MAINTAINING A CONSISTENT STAIN COLOR OVER A VERY LARGE LIVING ROOM (25' X 22'). AFTER ALL THE FINISH STEPS WERE COMPLETED. WE INSPECTED THE FLOOR FOR FINISH FLAW AND FOUND SEVERAL. CHAMPION CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO CORRECT THOSE FLAWS AND THEIR REPAIRS WERE IN NO WAY NOTICEABLE. THE ATOMIC DUST FREE COLLECTION DURING THE SANDING PROCESS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. DUST FROM THIS PROCESS WAS ALMOST NON-EXISTENT. AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. CONGRATULATIONS ON A JOB WELL DONE

WHEN THEY RETURNED MY CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE I WAS INFORMED THAT THEIR MINIMUM PRICE WAS $750. I NEVER WENT ANY FARTHER DUE TO THE PRICE. ANYONE WITH A SMALLER JOB SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS.

WORKERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO KEEP DUST AND ODORS AWAY FROM MAIN LIVING AREA TO ACCOMMODATE A DISABLED OCCUPANT. WILL USE THEM LATER THIS YEAR FOR ANOTHER FLOOR PROJECT. A REAL FIND, THESE FOLKS ARE!!

I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I THINK THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OTHERS, BUT I DID NOT REALLY COMPARE PRICING. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, I FOUND SOME AIR BUBBLES IN THE FINISH. THEY LET ME KNOW IT WAS SOMETHING THEY REALLY COULDN'T CONTROL. THEY DID COME BACK TWICE TO REMOVE THE BUBBLES. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THEY WERE RIGHT THERE TO RECTIFY ANY PROBLEM.

EVERYONE SAYS THEY'RE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOORS THEY'VE EVER SEEN. I HAD CLEANERS THE SAME DAY, THEY DECIDED THE NEW HOUSE WAS TOO LEFT TOO DIRTY. WHEN THE FLOOR GUYS SAW THE MONEY, THEY DIDN'T TAKE IT, THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT THE CLEANERS LEFT AND CALLED ME.

THE INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE FLOOR AND HE WAS FRIENDLY.
