It did not go at all. The services were not performed. We have a second home in St. Louis, but we spend most of our time in Florida. My partner, Ken Minton, contacted Tony on July 21, 2015, regarding fixing concrete steps leading up to the St. Louis house from the sidewalk and also fixing the back patio. To be fair, he came very promptly and provided an estimate for the work. After that it was downhill all the way. He told us he was very busy at the time, but would get back to us. We contacted him again around Christmas 2015. Again, he said he was very busy, but that he remembered the property. We called again in March 2016 to set up a date. He responded that we should contact him when we were in town, and he would fix it then. On Saturday, May 21, 2016, we called him again. He brushed us off, saying he would call us back. He never did. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. We will use another contractor.

It went great! Patio looks better than I anticipated / hoped. Ran into an unexpected complication when tearing out the original concrete patio; it was discovered the patio was only a few inches thick (not solid down to the ground like we thought). When the crew identified this they were very good at identifying an alternate plan of attack on how to best solve this and move forward at reasonable price. The team was able to get still get the job done in the timeline originally promised. The entire crew from the Owner down to the Workers were very nice and professional. The owner of the company is a straight forward man, very honest and forthright - tells it like it is - very refreshing in this day an age. The workers were very forthright and answered all my questions whenever I asked. Overall it was a very pleasant work experience. I will used them again in the future when I need cement work.

My old sidewalk was cracked badly and was not level in spots. Tony came to see my project and was able to assure me he knew what needed to be done, gave me a proposal and an estimated date within 5-10 minutes. On the day the work was done - there was a crew of at least 6-7 members at my home early in the morning with equipment, trucks, the works. I watched for awhile then went inside. When I looked out the door I was in shock! It was/is beautiful! I teased Tony he just wanted to make sure I'd call him back to continue all around my house because the other old sidewalk looks pitiful compared to the work Tony"s workers did. I will be calling Tony for additional work for me and highly recommend Tony Vitale's company to others. I'm very pleased.

It went perfectly. The workers worked hard for two days. The concrete is beautiful. It turned out even better than I could have expected. If I ever need concrete work done again. I would use Tony Vitale.
