Everything went smoothly. Craig was friendly and easy to work with, showed up on time, polite. The workers made a reasonably good effort to collect all of the nails and debris that came from removing old shingles. Several heavy rains since job complete, no sign of any problems. I'd recommend the company to a friend.

I set up an appointment yesterday for the owner Craig came to my home today. He took a look at a downspout that had fallen off my house and a few other areas where you could see light under the gutters and a few other small roof/gutters/siding type items. Craig was awesome - super professional and told me outright that previous work hadn't been done correctly and SHOWED me an example a right one in another place on my home so I could tell the difference. What impressed me most was that Craig provided a price and then explained his business model and why I might come out ahead on small jobs to work with a handyman instead. After a lot of poor work done on my home by other companies, this honesty is extremely refreshing. While we probably won't use Carroll for this job, I'm saving Craig's card because we will definitely reach out to him if we need anything done in the future. Thanks Craig, wish everyone in your industry was just like you!

It actually went well. The weather get in the way sometimes but they get back and completed the job

Very professional, was there as scheduled. Did an excellent job. Left no mess and was right on with the price. I couldn't be more pleased. This was a four star job with honesty and quality being foremost. The fear of contractors in the area of roofing after a storm is very great because so many fly by night people show up for a quick buck. Carrol Roofing and Exteriors are local, family owned and operated and very high quality. If any thing should be needed in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call them back. This company was very professional and exceptional in the work they did and had outstanding work ethics and cleaned up everything before they left the job. I had several bids and this was the lowest. Craig the owner came and checked the job site a few times that day to make sure everything was running smoothly. I called and was concerned about a piering job I am going to have done on the side of the garage the end of July and he thought it would not affect the new gutters and soffit and fascia but if it did he guaranteed they would come back and fix it. He called a few days afterwards to make sure I liked the appearance because I went from brown gutters to white but they do lighten the house up and they look great! Craig e-mailed me a few weeks later to make sure I was still satisfied. I would highly recommend this company!

Carroll Roofing and Exteriors were excellent and they stopped the leak. They were very honest and upfront. They get back to you quickly. They're really good, honest and punctual. I have two houses and they worked on both of them. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Overall everything was grate from price, delivery of supplies worked performed, clean up consideration for the landscape, I could not be happier

Very well. I emailed Carroll Roofing and Exteriors for a quote and received a prompt reply containing a complete proposal stating exactly what work would be done, what grade of materials would be used and the price for same. It also contained a quote on what it would cost per foot if any decking was found rotted once they got the old roofing removed. I met with the owner and he provided me with sample shingle types and colors. A few days later he helped us choose a shingle that best suited the exterior of the house and our budget. We discussed quality of materials, chose a shingle, signed the contract and provided him with a down payment (for materials) and the work was scheduled. About a week later the materials were delivered by the supply company. Due to rain, installation was delayed by a few days. Once installation was under way it was discovered that some rotted decking did need replacing at which time we were given an accurate quote on the additional labor and materials cost prior to the work being done. The decking was replaced and the entire job was completed the following afternoon. My husband and I observed several hours of the installation process and found the laborers to be highly skilled and very fast at their trade. It was pretty impressive to see. After completion they immediately cleaned up around the house picking up debris: nails, roofing scraps, etc. They ran a magnet around the yard to pick up the roofing nails. The roofing crew for the most part was non-English speaking with the exception of the foreman who kept us informed and answered any questions. Additionally, the owner was quite available by phone before, during and after the process. Of particular interest was the fact that upon completion of the roof installation Carroll performed two separate quality inspections. The first one was by the foreman and the second by the owner himself. And a minor adjustment/correction was made to ensure the quality of the job. We found Carroll Exterior's additional attention to quality workmanship to be exceptional in this regard. Only after the final inspection and correction was done were we presented with the bill. All debris was hauled away promptly and as promised. They did a great job and we are happy to recommend them to others.

I had Craig come look at the Roof of my new house in January but need a tpo roof because of the decking. I really liked Craig and wanted to use him but couldn't so when my rental house received storm damage he was my first and only call. He came out looked it over with in the next day. Soon after I and an emailed bis whicH I could send to my husband. Craig answer any question we had even came to me so I could pick out the shingles. They work quickly and did what we asked. I have to say I have the best roof on the block. Called him back to have him install a vent to attach the bathroom fan to that was added after the roof was done. Craig has been very kinda and attentive. WOuld recommend him highly!
